OUR STORY
How it all began 

The On Board Team was formed in 2020 during COVID-19.  Bruce, the executive chef was a food & beverage director for years with Hilton Hotels.  Our team worked in the food & beverage of Hilton Hotel for years until the pandemic caused everyone to lose their jobs.  We were fortunate to find a commercial kitchen and put everyone back to work.  We love serving people, experience, and certified in food and alcohol serving.  We look forward to serving you and your guests. As a black-owned caterer in the Raleigh-Durham area, we look forward to offering premier service to your event!
